These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by PinPointExteriorPros (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“you” or “client”). By requesting services, approving an estimate, or permitting work to proceed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
PinPointExteriorPros provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Pressure washing
Soft washing
Driveway, sidewalk, and concrete cleaning
Siding, fence, and exterior surface cleaning
Small Local Businesses Cleaning
Specific services, pricing, and scope of work are defined in the approved estimate or work order.
PinPointExteriorPros provides exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing and soft washing, as described in your approved quote, booking confirmation, or work order. The scope of each job is limited strictly to the services, surfaces, and areas listed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline, pause, or stop work if conditions are unsafe, present a risk of property damage, or violate local regulations.
Any additional services requested on-site that are outside the original scope require a revised quote and written approval before work proceeds.
Estimated timeframes and results are not guaranteed and may vary due to surface condition, staining severity, weather, or site accessibility.
Certain stains, discoloration, or organic growth may not be fully removable due to material age, prior treatments, or surface deterioration.
Scheduled appointment windows are estimates and may change due to weather conditions, traffic, equipment issues, or prior job overruns. PinPointExteriorPros will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays or rescheduling needs.
You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the property and work areas.
A working water supply must be available and accessible for the duration of service.
Pets must be secured, and children must be supervised away from work areas.
Parking, building access instructions, and gate codes must be provided in advance.
Failure to provide access or required utilities may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation fees.

Unless explicitly stated as a fixed price in writing, all pricing provided by PinPointExteriorPros is an estimate based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if site conditions, surface conditions, access limitations, or client-requested changes affect the scope of work.
Pricing is based on visible surface area, material type, staining severity, accessibility, and water availability.
Additional services or changes requested on-site require approval and may result in a revised price.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon completion of services.
Deposits may be required for larger jobs, multi-surface projects, or peak-season scheduling.
We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice or booking confirmation. Unpaid balances may result in late fees, collection costs, or service refusal for future bookings, as permitted by law.
We understand that schedules change. To protect availability for all clients and our crew, the following policies apply unless otherwise stated in your written quote:
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without fee if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-change fee.
If our team arrives and cannot perform services due to lack of access, unavailable water supply, unsecured pets, or other conditions within the client’s control, a trip or no-show fee may apply.
Weather-related rescheduling initiated by PinPointExteriorPros will not incur cancellation fees.
PinPointExteriorPros follows reasonable safety practices consistent with industry standards. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or stop work if site conditions are unsafe or present a risk of injury or property damage.
You agree to disclose any known property conditions that may affect service, including but not limited to:
- Pre-existing water intrusion or surface deterioration
- Loose siding, damaged concrete, or failing sealants
- Electrical hazards, exposed wiring, or exterior outlets
- Aggressive animals or restricted access areas
We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or conditions beyond our control.
Where explicitly stated in writing, PinPointExteriorPros may provide a limited workmanship warranty covering the execution of services for a specified period. This warranty applies only to the quality of service performed, not cosmetic outcomes or long-term surface condition.
This warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage or deterioration
- Surfaces damaged due to age, wear, improper installation, or prior treatments
- Stains or discoloration that cannot be fully removed
- Damage caused by weather, moisture intrusion, pests, or third-party actions
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinPointExteriorPros’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or property devaluation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
PinPointExteriorPros may take before-and-after photos or short video recordings of service areas for documentation, quality control, and internal records.
With client consent, these images may also be used for marketing purposes. We will not publicly share identifiable personal information, including names or exact property addresses, without additional permission.
If you do not wish for images or recordings to be taken or used, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of service.
PinPointExteriorPros collects and uses customer information, including contact details, service history, and property-related information, for the purposes of providing services, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and improving service quality. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, invoices, and follow-ups via phone, SMS, or email. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in those messages.
PinPointExteriorPros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. The version of the Terms in effect at the time services are booked or performed will apply to that service.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact PinPointExteriorPros in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute or concern informally.
